Cavity pressure method for measuring the gain of hearing aids.

چکیده
'I A cavity pressure method for measuring t he gain of hearing aids has been--developed. It has the advantage of req uiring no " dead " room, allo~ing a compact setup. The method has been investigated as to its validity and t he degree to which diffraction effects are avoided. Comparisons with free-field data are made. The applicability of results obtained by this method to t he specifi cation of gain characteristics for hearing aids is discussed.
